This soup is warming, suited for fall and winter. The color is bright orange-y red, w/brown topping. The texture is smooth, creamy, velvety with bits of tomatoes and squash.

A very yummy, satisfying Mediterranean chicken dish.
The ribs steamed (in their own juices) for 3 hours… the meat fell off the bone, the flavors had plenty of time to rehearse and played a wonderful song on our tongues.
It’s good, just as it is.
Holly cow – this goes really well with the ‘chicken nuggets’.
I think it’s really neat that the mixture turns nugget-like color after it dehydrates.
