FYI – Those who tasted this at my Atherton Appliance cooking demo (August 6, 2011) laaaaaahoved this recipe. Me, too!

Peach Cobbler, the ingredients: Peaches, cake mix, butter, feta, Chinese 5 Spice, and blueberries (not shown).

Pamela’s Gluten-free Cake Mix

Cooked in a saute pan, on the BlueStar range top.

Cover and let cook on medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

So thick it’ll stay on the spoon. The blueberries add great color as well as a gelatin-like texture and thickness.
