Raw: Coconut Ice Cream

It’s easy, blend and freeze, eat and enjoy.  The Yum factor hit the BIG YUM!

Blend all in high-speed mixer until smooth, then place in freezer for at least 4 hours, stir often:

  • 1 cup coconut meat
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked for 4 hours in:  1 cup coconut water   (do not drain)
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sea salt
