My goal is to show you the ease and grace of preparing raw foods.
Also, during my classes, I’ll share enough health information to help you decide if a raw food diet is for you, …..and what does that look like – one meal a day? all meals? or just add a few raw items to each meal. ….and, the gadgets you’ll need to do so.
In each class I will discuss and use -at least- one big gadget, such as: blenders, food processors, juicers, dehydrators.
And will use -at least- one not-so-big gadget, such as: spiral slicer, citrus press, chopper, spice grinder and more.
I will also discuss the subject of fasting … water, juice and/or broth …. 1/2 day, full day, once a week, a weekend, or longer.
