Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, refrigerate if desired:
- 2 large avocados
- 2 Tbs vanilla (I used 1 tbls)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (I used 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 cup cocao powder (or 3/4 cup carob powder)
- 1/2 cup Rapadura or Sucanat (I used 5 mejool dates)
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
