Watermelon, marinated in balsamic vinegar, served with mint and almond cream cheese.
- 4 cups bite-sized watermelon pieces
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbs bite-sized mint pieces
- Almond Cream Cheese
- Cut the watermelon into bite-size pieces.
- Add the vinegar and toss well.
- Garnish with the mint and cheese, serve.
