“Lunch and learns” are for employees who want to bring home the ease and grace of cooking healthfully.

In this version, I offer 3 classes: Italian, Thai and a healthy breakfast. Check it out, perhaps you will want to do these 3 ‘lunch and learns’ at your home or office.

Join me in the kitchen for 3 LUNCH AND LEARNS

In my classes, you will:

  • Learn how to create on-the-spot cooking (even tho everyone will receive a handout of the recipes, I will teach how to cook w/o recipes)
  • Cook with just five ingredients or less
  • Eat, cook, enjoy fresh veggies
  • Satisfy your sweet tooth with real food
  • Learn healthy cooking and nutrition information
  • Learn how to cook basic meals, with basic equipment and basic ingredients
  • Learn secrets to batch cooking and freezing (meals that you cook now and serve later)

Fee and payment:

  • $70/person/class
  • Prepayment required
  • Minimum 4 people
  • Maximum 10 people
  • “Drop-ins” are welcome, but first we need a minimum of 4 pre-paid people for the class to be a ‘go.’ Those who ‘drop-in’ will need to notify me the day of the class by 9:30am (by email or phone call).
  • Food cost is included in the price
  • The meal can be fish, chicken, beef or vegetarian, vegan or raw
  • The menu can change too, let’s work out a menu together.

Italian lunch

  • I’ll show you how to make two classic Italian Sauces: Piccata (white wine and capers) and Marinara (tomatos and herbs)
  • We’ll serve them over chicken and rice. I’ll show you how to cook juicy moist chicken in 10 minutes.
  • We’ll also have a side salad of mixed baby greens.

Thai lunch

  • Thom Kha Soup with Salmon
  • Pad Thai Sauce served over zucchini noodles and collard greens

Breakfast burgers

  • Buffalo and lamb or regular beef burgers w/onions, rosemary and sage
