Theme was Asian Fusion
9 people, 3 teams, 3 people each team.
Each team had 2 hours to make 3 items: a salad, an entree and a dessert.
Each team had to use some of all the food that was at their station.
Each team could select from various spices, herbs, fruit, vegetables.
Any type of cooking was allowed, any gadgets.
I moved from team to team, giving ideas, getting a bowl or spoon, rinsing dishes, taking photos, counting down the time.
