I’ll be doing 2 demos at the Festival: one raw demo and the other will be a cooked demo

Come to these classes to see a variety of ways to use the greens, veggies, fruits that come in the box each week. I’ll use the fun and fascinating gadgets from Williams-Sonoma, as well as introduce you to condiments, salts and spices.
Every 2nd Saturday and every 4th Thursday, I’ll feature “High Ground Organics” a 40-acre organic farm located on the coast near Watsonville.
