Finger foods, appetizers

I provide tasty, fun, healthy finger foods for your event. Sweet, savory, salty. Raw, vegetarian, macrobiotic, meats, drinks (herbal teas, spritzers, and fermented drinks, too). A fun challenge for me is to recreate favorite recipes to a more healthful dish.

“Finger foods” means:

  • one- to three-bite serving size
  • no plate, only a napkin is needed
  • no utensils: fork, spoon and knife

Appetizers:

  • serving on plates, with utensils
  • small (mini) meal-size portions

Examples:

  • Chicken Picatta bites
  • Granny Smith Apple w/Mint and Lime dipped in Black Truffle Oil
  • Fruit Kabob dipped in Roasted Almond Butter, Balsamic Vinegar and Cinnamon
  • Medjool Dates stuffed with Chicken Liver Pate and Chives wrapped with Applewood Smoked Bacon
