I provide tasty, fun, healthy finger foods for your event. Sweet, savory, salty. Raw, vegetarian, macrobiotic, meats, drinks (herbal teas, spritzers, and fermented drinks, too). A fun challenge for me is to recreate favorite recipes to a more healthful dish.
“Finger foods” means:
- one- to three-bite serving size
- no plate, only a napkin is needed
- no utensils: fork, spoon and knife
- serving on plates, with utensils
- small (mini) meal-size portions
