One of my favorite culinary adventures is going to the Farmers Market.
My second favorite culinary adventure is….
to bring people with me to the Farmers Market.
So — I hope you’ll join me. I’ll introduce you to vendors, farmers, different foods – shapes, sizes, flavors – how to select foods, how to store them, cut them, cook them. And, I’ll share nutritional information about the food, biochemistry of the body and we’ll discuss your personal health questions.
Each tour will be one hour. $15 per person, per tour.

- June 12: Los Gatos Farmers Market, 10am (followed by Cooking demo at Williams-Sonoma, Los Gatos)
