Hello to Watermark members … here is your dinner menu at Stillheart Institute….

1st course – Appetizer:

    “Crostini w/Olive Topenade”
    (a wheat-free bread option available)

2nd course – Soup:

    “Roasted Sweet and Sour Cauliflower Soup, w/Toasted Coriander”

3rd course – Salad:

    “Butter Lettuce Wraps w/Fennel, Beets and Garlic Parsley Oil, topped w/dried tarragon leaves”

4th course – Main course:

    “Sauteed Kale and Purple Onion w/Candied Orange Peel and Toasted Sesame Seeds”

    Side: “Rice Herb Pilaf

Entree choices:

    1) Beef: “Asian Beef Short Ribs”

    2) Fish: “Polenta and Dover Sole Crusted w/Za’taar herbs”

    3) Vegetarian: “Almond-Nut Pad Thai w/Tofu, Carrot and Zucchini”

5th course – Dessert:

    “Strawberry Cream Sorbet”
