Cucumber with Raspberries dipped in Malt Vinegar Sea Salt

Came up with these fruit kabobs during one of my Farmer’s Market cooking demo at Williams-Sonoma in Los Gatos.

YUMMM!  the Malt Vinegar Sea Salt tasted great with the sweet cucumber and tart raspberries.

I bought the cucumbers and raspberries at the Los Gatos Farmer’s Market.

Found the Malt Vinegar Sea Salt on the store shelf at Williams-Sonoma, such a great tasting finishing salt.

Cucumber Kabobs with Raspberries dusted with Malt Vinegar Sea Salt


  1. Put 1 Tbls Malt Vinegar Sea Salt in a small dish.
  2. Cut a cucumber into bite-size pieces, put on toothpick with raspberries.
  3. Dip the cucumber into the Malt Vinegar Sea Salt, and place the kabob on a serving platter.
