This is a unique opportunity to learn healthy cooking from Joni Sare, an experienced therapeutic chef who was trained in Nutrition and Culinary Arts at Bauman College in Berkeley, California. Her passion is to teach people how to create a meal that is healthy and tasty to keep your mind and body performing at its best.

During this social and educational class, we will learn about vegetables, including tips & tricks for storage, preparation, cooking and most importantly of all- how to enjoy eating them! We will work in teams and Joni will teach preparation and cooking techniques throughout the class.

Afterward, we will enjoy our meal and socialize outdoors in the shady garden with waterfall, if weather permits.
