Coaching, meal planning, recipes and food w/client

I will be meeting with a client to discuss:

a diet (food) program for adrenal fatigue, high cholesterol and food sensitivities

She wants to set up a diet program that works for her, based on her needs, schedule, lifestyle and specifically for her unique health issues.

The diet program she wants is:

  • Gluten free
  • Dairy free
  • Sugar free
  • Raw foods
  • Minimally processed
  • Vegetarian, perhaps
Together we’ll work out a plan to reach her goals.
