and living in my home or yours, for 3 days or 30 days. You can participate in a program
that will help you gain the knowledge and confidence to make lifetime changes.
Together we will assess your needs. I can also work with your health-care practitioner
and help you follow your protocols based on their assessments. Our time together will
not only include meals, nutrition education and cooking instruction – but also exercise
and meditation.

you wish, refining your cooking skills. This program is also for those who have a busy
week and need specific foods/meals cooked for them. We can begin with the 3-day
program, details above and move into a routine for the remaining days.

30-day program, a month-long immersion:

The 30-day program gives us a chance to fine tune your diet and if you wish, your
cooking skills. This also offers a deeper chance for rest, relaxation and nurturing. At the
end of this time, many new ideas and practices will have become an intrinsic part of your
life. We can begin with the 3-day program, details above and move into a routine for the
